No tools are required to change the LED colors or animation. The shard control core features the RISC-V CH32V003, and soft touch buttons are present to cycle color swatch, and animation.

Press the left button to change animation - Please note that after pressing the animation button, the animation will change to the next in the sequence after the current animation has finished
